Tomas Limousine will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws and will maintain a zero
tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any
person not of legal drinking age. All U.S. law enforcement agencies have absolute power
to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is aboard, even in
negligible quantities without the chauffeur’s knowledge, the vehicle can be seized and
the chauffeur and passengers arrested. All law enforcement agencies are aggressively
enforcing this policy. Tomas Limousine  will not be responsible for injuries that may occur
due to horse play or inappropriate behavior while the vehicle is in motion or at a
standstill. The purchaser on the front of this contract is responsible for his or her guests.
AT THE CHAUFFEUR’S DISCRETION, THE PURCHASER AGREES TO BE FULLY LIABLE
FOR ALL CHARGES THAT MAY INCUR:
$100.00 per broken glassware; $300.00 minimum for extensive cleanup (spills, etc.);

$1500 per Broken Each TV , $350.00 detailing and wax (due to sickness-exterior);

$500.00 minimum for each burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery; $300.00 minimum for each act of vandalism. Please do not
eat in Limousines.
Dollar amounts listed above will be tripled for all removed/stolen items from
vehicle. Downtime subject to loss of revenue, per each hour lost, as stated in contract.
Tomas Limousine . recommends that all and any personal valuables be removed from the
vehicle when unattended. We will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or
damaged articles. No smoking is allowed in our vehicles. Any deposits (cash, checks or
credit card authorization) will be non-refundable, if any cancellation occurs from renter’s
side with less than fourteen (14) business day notice the renter is reasonable for the total
due. Total is due fourteen (14) business days prior to event day. As with all contracts, the

The rental contract between the mentioned person as renter and Tomas Limousine  is made
with the information and the terms given to us. All of the given information from the
renter is binding and cannot be changed without Tomas Limousine  acceptance. If the
contract is cancelled with less than fourteen (14) business days , Tomas Limousine  is still
authorized to collect the remaining balance in full, if the car was not re-rented on the
cancelled date for the same or higher amount. We will reserve the said date upon the
approval of the purchaser’s credit card as per telephone conversation. The credit card
holder gives authorization to use the credit card information over the phone. It is agreed
that it is not necessary to obtain a signed credit card slip, as the reservation is made
over the phone/fax.
All deposits are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical
breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a
mutually agreed date. All vehicles have been maintained properly, however, failure to the
vehicle engine, electrical system, air conditioning and heating system,
radio/DVD/IPOD/TV/fiber optics can occur as they are mechanical. Tomas Limousine
staff is not responsible for mobile phone accessories (i.e. auxiliary cables, phone
chargers, etc.) It is the responsibility of the renter to provide all said phone accessories
while in the vehicles. Tomas Limousine will strive to rectify the situation when it occurs,
however, it may be beyond our ability during the time of the scheduled reservation. If a
failure occurs with a system, Tomas Limousine will not be held responsible or be obligated to
refund money. Tomas Limousine will make the reasonable efforts to provide alternate service
(including the use of an alternate vehicle if available). The client assumes full financial
liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them
or any members of their party. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law.
Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run
without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to
stand through the sunroof. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of
prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the
termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions or Act of God (ie. poor driving
conditions related to weather, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the
limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the reservation date before the beginning
of the scheduled time if you have chosen to use cash as payment. Vehicles cannot be
loaded beyond seating capacity.
